The Ninth Avenue Salon in the Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City offered a unique opportunity for a small scale mixed use project, appropriate for the degree of residential and retail mix that currently exists in the area. The property was purchased in 2017 and is being converted into three multi-level live/work units. Included in the design is an extensive roof top terrace offering a 270 degree view of the Salt Lake valley and surrounding mountain ranges. This project is currently in design and is anticipated to break ground in 2019.
