House 726 is a marriage between an historical avenues home and a modern second story addition. The addition included a private balcony off the master bedroom, and made the home’s front elevation better proportioned with structure’s elongated rectilinear footprint. The interior was re-configured to create a more open plan and provide better connectivity between spaces.
