Weber County Feasibility:
In September 2012, Blalock & Partners completed a comprehensive Feasibility Study for the Weber County Library Systems. The project consisted of an evaluation of the existing 1960’s era Main Library, assessing operational and functional needs and analyzing the complete structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
