Blalock and Partners and Clearwater Homes explored the possibility of activating the corner of 300 West 200 South by means of a small cafe, adjacent to the Paragon Station lofts. The concept for the design was an “urban forest,” consisting of a series of vertical rebar at varying diameters and lengths that served as a barrier and semi-private screen between the Paragon Station property and the streetfront.
